The ACHIEVE Program is an educational and employment program administered by the University of South Carolina Upstate which serves school dropouts from Cherokee, Spartanburg and Union counties by helping them work toward completing their education, finding jobs, and enhancing their self-esteem.

The PROJECT SUCCESS program is designed to serve in-school and out-of-school youth. Project Success will have an instructional program to help students acquire the skills they need to meet employer demands through the use of Workkeys and Key Train. The program is also designed to help students feel accepted and to teach them that they can make a difference.
